Ultra‑Luxury Elevated at Enclave by Wynn Al Marjan Island

The highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled its newest hospitality concept — Enclave. 

Set to open in early 2027, this a high‐end, ultra‑luxury destination designed for travellers who value privacy, bespoke service and architectural elegance, with news reports describing it as a self-contained universe of calm, curated indulgence and cinematic design. Enclave will sit atop the Wynn resort’s striking 300‑metre tower, offering an elevated refuge from the world below.

The Suites

Enclave has been designed to exude privacy. Guests will arrive via a private driveway into an exclusive Enclave lobby. They will then ascend to their suites in private elevators, with no more than 15 suites per floor.

The 299 suites come in four distinct configurations ranging from the more intimate King Suites at approximately 807 sq. ft. each to the palatial Royal Apartments at approximately 16,146 sq. ft., with each spanning two floors.

The lavish interiors themselves boast of platinum, sapphire, sea‑mist, cream and gold. This is a sumptuous aesthetic inspired heavily by the surrounding sea views. The two Royal Apartments are a particular standout, having been designed in collaboration with Anouska Hempel (London) and Pinto Design (Paris). Dual pantries — one stocked with morning provisions and the other for the evening — display Wynn’s commitment to uniquely personalised, anticipatory service.

World-Class Amenities

Beyond the suites, Enclave offers its own private reserve comprising a dedicated beach along the resort’s eastern edge, as well as three pools, stylish cabanas and bungalows, and beach butlers.

Dining and leisure are also tailored. A signature restaurant serves breakfast for Enclave guests and transitions into a Lebanese dining destination by evening. It anchors a luxurious culinary experience that also includes a lobby lounge with French doors opening out to a veranda, where guests can enjoy coffee, tea or cocktails in a more intimate setting.

With Enclave, Wynn is pushing the boundaries of what ultra‑luxury hospitality means in the Middle East. The concept strikes a balance between grandeur and personal scale, with magnificent views and high style but also discreet, bespoke luxury.
