What to Do | Halloween in Ras Al Khaimah

With Ras Al Khaimah transforming from a vacation getaway into a true hub of regional and international luxury, the emirate now hosts a diverse range of events during major festivals, holidays and occasions.

Halloween in Ras Al Khaimah will feature a delightful blend of lifestyle experiences and themed entertainment for both individuals and families, from immersive horror rooms and themed brunches to interactive children’s workshops and costume contests.

Family-Friendly or Adult-Oriented

For families, resorts on Al Marjan Island are offering multi-day Halloween programmes. For example, Rixos Bab Al Bahr is hosting a Wednesday-themed Halloween event (as in, the Wednesday series on Netflix) from 31st October to 2nd November. The weekend-long event will feature arts and crafts, face-painting, themed dinners and more.

Meanwhile, for a more adult-oriented evening out, venues like CLAW BBQ are all set to feature Halloween parties with live music, DJ sets and costume contests. Simultaneously, Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island will host a horror room experience and other themed activities running until 2nd November.

All in a Day

Events in Ras Al Khaimah benefit from the close proximity between many major resorts, as well as enhanced infrastructure that allows for convenient travel. As a result, visitors can potentially enjoy multiple events in a single day. A pumpkin-carving workshop or children’s party with snacks, bouncy castles and more at places like Al Hamra’s Little Pet Kingdom can serve as a precursor to themed meals elsewhere, like at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island’s Sinister Afternoon Tea. Later that night, CLAW BBQ or The Bay at Al Hamra Golf Club are some options for a lively party with musical performances, costume competitions and more.

Planning the Experience

Reserving early is wise. Ras Al Khaimah was always a popular vacation getaway for its tranquil beaches, soaring mountains and vast deserts. Now with its spate of luxury resorts and vibrant events, visitor numbers have risen dramatically (654,000 in H1 2025 alone).

Visitors are encouraged to book stays and experiences as quickly as possible in time for 2025’s Halloween weekend and plan according to personal tastes —  a relaxed coastal resort evening, a child-friendly trick-or-treat or something else entirely.
