Branded Real Estate: Four Seasons Enhances UAE Presence with New Resort and Private Residences in Ras Al Khaimah

Four Seasons has unveiled plans for a new luxury resort and private residence development in Ras Al Khaimah, located at the scenic Mina waterfront destination. The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Ras Al Khaimah will feature 150 rooms and suites, alongside 130 private residences, setting a new standard for island living in the emirate.

The development will offer guests and residents a range of amenities, including panoramic sea views, marina access, spas, waterfront dining options, cafes, and more.

The architectural design for the development will be led by Killa Design. The resort will feature a wide range of facilities, including adult pools, paddle courts, tennis and basketball courts, a fully equipped fitness centre, event spaces, and secluded beaches.
